To iterate something that was put out this past BA, we (the 11th ECAB) are
out of money for DL (online classes). That said, if you course is PME
(DL1/2/3, AWOAC, etc.), the CDR has authorized payment against the no money
that we have – that is not a guarantee of payment, simply a guarantee that a
1380 will be submitted. If your course is NOT PME (Master fitness, HAZMAT,
etc.) you are not authorized payment until further notice. For more
information, please contact your first line leader.
