- In compliance with the SecDef ALARACT 032/2021 directing all Army Reserve units to complete the Command Climate Survey Version 5.0 focusing on the Sexual Harassment and Assault Response Program (SHARP); we are asking all personnel to complete this survey before 30 May 2021.
- While this survey contains standardized questions from previous surveys; there are sections that are specifically designed to provide a broader understanding of the SHARP program at multiple levels of command.
- The results of this survey will be compiled with results from other organizations throughout the Department of Defense (DoD). This is your opportunity to let the Office of People Analytics, a component of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense hear directly from you regarding the SHARP Program.
