Hope you all are having a great week. I have decided to make a few changes
to this weekend’s schedule in order to minimize exposure and protect the
Company. We want to continue training virtually/in-person where needed while
limiting exposure as there have been several individuals in the Company that
have been exposed to COVID.
See the attached schedule outlining the plan for the weekend (NOTE: there is
no longer any AM/PM schedule)
. Saturday: We will be conducting SHARP/Suicide prevention/other
academics virtually via a teleconference line listed below.
o This will serve as sign-in for BA. Following the CALL-IN academics,
those that need to complete admin. items will do so in person with Mr.
Herbert (1000-1530) at the unit or virtually if they live outside of local
commuting distance (see attachment for APPT list).
o Those not on the admin/appt list will be completing online VBA items
per their PL/PSG (ie TARP, B Co Safety, Active Shooter Course, Creating an
Aviation Academic Class, etc) from their home.
. Sunday: (ACFT Virtual Grade Class @ 0800/Flights/Admin)-there will
be morning and afternoon flights (see the flight schedule). Stick to your
crew, come in and fly, and be released to finish the day via VBA.
o If you are on the 0800 flights then you will sign-in/temp in at the
unit at 0630.
o If you are not flying or on the 1200 flights, then your sign in will
be at 0755 via the teleconference line (see the number below).
o 1200 flights will show at 1030 (still required to be on the 0755
call/sign-in) and temp in up in ops
o We will then be conducting ACFT grader training (slide deck will be
sent out).
-If you are on the admin list then Mr. Herbert will be in from 0800-1530 to
complete any items.
-Those not flying or that do not have admin items will still be completing
VBA (check-in at 0800 on the teleconference line).
**The facility will still be open full time with several personnel there on
both days for the following:
. Soldiers that need to come in to complete their BPARRT/admin (SEE
NEWSLETTER/attachment)
. Anyone that has connectivity issues that wants to come in to use
computers.
o We will send a follow-on email with all academic class slide-decks
that you will need to follow along on.
Contact your FLL with any questions or concerns. Appreciate everyone’s
efforts during this time as we look to train, fly and protect the force.
