WO Victories and Parting Thoughts

To All My Fellow Warrant Officers,

Thank you all for a job well done, on your accomplishments, whatever they

are, and wherever you are. I am aware of many great things you have done,

certainly not all of them, but many.

Attached is my article for the March Newsletter, which I hope you have. I

hope you read it, and take great pride in our collective achievements of the
