December BA Update

A few items that we wanted to push out before Thanksgiving:

1.) December BA: has been moved to a VBA/liberal RST BA. We are currently working up a plan for online training, class creation, and administrative tasks that can be accomplished on 05-06DEC. For those that would like to RST and make-up the training on a separate day, please submit your RST request to your PL/PSG NLT 30NOV2020.

2.) Holiday Event: Unfortunately we have cancelled this year’s Holiday Event due to an increase in COVID-19 across the nation.

3.) Administrative Tasks: per the BC, if you are administratively red then you are administratively grounded until those items are completed (BPARRT, medical/dental, SRB, PRR, DD93, etc). We really don’t have any major issues here. Thank you to each of you for keeping a green status across the board so we can fly and accomplish the mission. Keep it up.

4.) Command Climate Survey: We have only had 35% of the Company complete the Company Command Climate Survey. Please complete this via the link that was sent out as the survey will close on 06DEC2020. This is a great opportunity for you to give us honest feedback (whether sustains or improves) that we can use moving forward. I appreciate each of your efforts on this.

5.) COVID-19: Please remain vigilant at your work, home, and when you do come into the unit to fly in social distancing, reporting symptoms, mask wearing, hand-washing, and other mitigations. Don’t forget to report symptoms, COVID-19 exposure, wear your mask when at the unit, maintain 6 ft., and temp in/out before and after your flight/coming to the unit. Take precautions and we will get through this.
